How it works

• Jamie Shore Soccer Schools have teamed up with the Next Generation Club at Westbury-on-Trym for a main International Soccer School.

• JSSS has also teamed up with North Somerset and South Glocestershire P.E Departments, these will indirectly be used as Satellites to the School.

• That means up-and-coming soccer stars from the South west of England can benefit from £14 million facilities and the highest levels of coaching in the region.

• We hope the Main School at Next Generation and its 2 area satellites will be the catalysts to help more Southwest players attain Premiership and International status, through JSSS’ contacts at all levels of the game.

• During the school holidays so not to clash with local club fixtures, we aim to offer youngsters the widest possible football education, which includes football tours in specially selected locations in Europe.

Process in North Somerset & South Gloucestershire

• Schools and Clubs propose the 3 most gifted and talented football players in their school/Club.

• Trials take place in strategically placed within Bristol and it's surrounding areas.

• Selection process begins.

• 14 Talented youngsters will represent their county whilst having the opportunity to be selected for the main International academy and travel across Europe.

Operations at Next Generation:

• Technique and Technical Sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for one hour each day for each age group.

• Saturday sessions for both age groups and will be more relaxed and social –
  10.00am – 10.30am: Video footage, coaching on specific areas of the game,
  10.30am – 11.00am: conditioning sessions – SAQ – Swimming – Wall Climbing
