Synergy between JSSi Academy & JSSi Satellite Centres

Top 3 players in all age groups at all 4 satellite centres will be
discussed at length by the technical staff at JSSi. We will not
necessarily act on this but will always consider movement up or down if its absolutely necessary.

The infrastructure at JSSi and selection will emulate my England days at the FA National School, where we begin with 14-16 players & 2 GK's in each squad. Of course the likes of Emile Heskey, Richard Wright, David Thompson and Nigel Quashie who were not selected originally will come through later in the year from the feeder centres.

If we fall short on numbers for training or games then we will need to
pull more consistent and committed players out of the satellites centres accordingly. This will also promote a close healthy working relationship between satellites and the academy as well as fuel competition among players.
