Welsh Super cup invitation

Unfortunately, Tom Day will not be available to attend this tournament.

As the season draws to an end, may I take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the coaching opportunities Tom has received his year.

Tom continues to look forward to his sessions and we believe his maturity and self confidence has grown as a result of the dedicated efforts of your coaching staff (both at Clevedon and Bradley Stoke).

Best Regards

Alan Day

Sammy Morgan B.A., Academy Director, Norwich City Football Club

I am delighted to hear from Jamie that he is to embark on a coaching career. He has a great deal to offer young players whether they be budding young stars or simply children who have a sheer desire to play football for fun.

I was privileged to play a part in his football education whilst he was at Norwich City and very proud to see his progress and development culminating in his international appearances whilst attending the National School at Lilleshall.

As a young player he was brimming with enthusaism and together with his all round ability proved to be an inspirational captain of the team. His bravery on the field was equally matched by his courage off the park when he has had to combat the many operations throughout his career.

He was a pleasure to coach and I hope my own brand of enthusiasm may have rubbed on to him a little and use it to good effect with the very fortunate young players under his wing.I sincerely wish Jamie well in his new venture and I have no doubt that he will bring all the qualities he possessed as a player to the coaching arena.

Jenny Goffman, BYCA Administrator, Bristol

Hi Jamie Thank you so much for these pictures, they're great. I also want to say thank you for yesterday, the kids looked like they were having the time of their lives, and I appreciate you helping me out as such short notice. Cheers mate!

Geoff Dunford, Chairman, Bristol Rovers Football Club

Jamie as a footballer had exceptional talent, but he also has a passion, dedication and personality to match his sporting ability. Very few men would have had the courage and determination to fight through the problems and disappointments he has endured, and it is those very qualities that will see Jamie through whichever career path he decides to take.

In my opinion, Jamie has the strength and knowledge to ultimately have a successful coaching or management career in football, but he also has the leadership qualities and personality to be successful in any business of his choice.

Jane Hendricks, Long suffering football wife

Just to say a big thank you from me and the "BACKWELL BOYS" . They came away from today full of enthusiasm even though slightly soggy! - comments included "much better than the Bristol City fun days at Backwell Comp " and even "terrific- better than the Man Utd school at Weston" The 10 year old who made this comment also said "better value for money - much cheaper "!!!

Jack Butland, Birmingham City FC & England U21 International

"To think that three years ago I was playing at Clevedon Utd! I have gone from winning the Junior Premier League with JSSI to signing for Birmingham City. Getting an England U-16 call up was beyond my wildest dreams and I would like to thank the JSSI staff, players and my parents for supporting my ambitions of becoming a professional football player."

David Goldsmith, West Bromwich Albion F.C

"At the age of 10 I was invited for a trial with Jamie Shore Soccer International, where I soon made my way into the Elite academy, playing regular games against some of Europe’s top clubs while playing in the Junior Premier League. This was my opportunity to be seen by scouts from many different clubs. I chose WBA because of their great facilities and brilliant coaching.

I was proud to be asked to sign for a club of such calibre and with the great resources they offer. I always dreamed of playing for a Premiership club. We have already played in a tournament in Milan which makes all the travelling to training worthwhile. I obviously miss all the players and staff at JSSI and my local club Stoke Lane, but there comes a time when you have to move on."

Our Aim is quite simply, we want to bridge the huge gap that currently exists between grass-roots football and academy football.
We strive to give all our players more opportunities and greater experiences designed to help them progress on and off the pitch.
